We started the experiment with Agile scrum for our projects. The new retails application customisation will be done based on the scrum princeiples. The new methodology is supposed to bring effecive feedback mechanism with in the team as well as from the stakeholders.
There will be a learning period for adopting the full scrum, and only after that we will get the clear picture on the productivity data for the pre-scrum and scrum analysis.
